Hi, I'm Alex.
I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.
My role isn't to fix you or tell you who you should become. Instead, I offer a safe, grounded space where you can reconnect with who you've always been beneath the pain, old patterns, and expectations that life can place upon us.
I'm a graduate of the Four Winds Society's Light Body School and have had the privilege of supporting others as an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach. My own journey has given me the perspective of both client and practitioner, allowing me to meet others with genuine empathy, compassion, and understanding.
Through energy medicine and life coaching, I help guide you toward deeper self-awareness, healing, and connection with your own inner wisdom. I approach each session with presence, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique path. I believe each person carries an innate wisdom and wholeness, and that healing unfolds when we create the space to listen to it.
